    Some of the items ring up higher than the price tag shown in the store which is a big no-no for me. It always seems to go in the one direction.

    12/22/25 my family and I were on a trip south to visit family for the holidays. We originally stopped at Golden Chick, who was changing their fryer oil, for tenders we wouldn't be able to get. So, we came to United to get tenders from them instead. As a proud former deli employee of a different store, I was appalled to see the state of their hot bar, inattentiveness of the three employees yucking it up behind said bar, and the sad state of the selections of deli made sandwiches and ready-to-go consumables that should have been available in the cold area they are responsible for maintaining. Firstly, I walked up to the hot bar and stood there for about 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. When I turned to walk away, the woman behind the bar finally came my way trying to greet me. I already had my back turned and had no idea she was talking to me, until I heard her talking ABOUT me complaining that I walked away as she approached. I addressed her then and continued to get attitude instead of Service, so I then PURPOSELY ignored her. We eventually got sandwiches and such picked. As we went to walk away, I watched the two men and one women then ignore an elderly man who walked up minutes after I did. For real, y'all? This isn't the kind of behavior that my dept. manager, store managers, or store proprietor would have accepted back when I was working a deli counter. Despicable and disappointing. Do better.
