- AAAmanda2 days ago2.0I don’t know what has been going on here. They used to have really great service and the food even for McDonald’s was darn good. This has been the second order that we have had to wait outrageous times. My partner had to go in and actually tell them we had an order and the lady working took 15 minutes before even acknowledging his existence in the store. Three other doordashers complained of this same issue. In addition, everyone before us was walking out with nothing. I try to be very understanding and patient but this is crazy… Today I ordered st 1045/11am ish only to receive my order TWO HOURS LATER! The fries were stale, and cold, the bread on our sandwiches was very stale and tasted like they just reheated 4 weeks old food. Not acceptable.

I told the person up front about it, not in a great hurry to clean up! I'm an ex nurse, I would of been really concerned about blood on the floor. I gave my order, cold dried up food, no sauce, did not GET what I ordered and afraid to ask them to fix it! This place seriously needs to re-train their staff and do your job!!! This is inexcusable and I will be reporting to corporate about it. Safety should be a number 1 concern 🤬😡. In fact, maybe it just needs to be closed down. Utterly disgusting 🫣 I would not recommend this gross place to anyone 😕
- LMlexee maeOct 29, 20251.0God awful. i don’t know who they have employed here but the service is terrible. every time ive been here it has been a crap show. employees otp while helping people at the ordering counter, vaping yelling and cussing in the kitchen, at least a 15min wait time every time i’ve been. i went once after a football game with a couple friends and we ordered, waited for 50 minutes and left without food. it’s always outrageous
