  Óiganme vine a comer con mis hijos como lo hacemos de costumbre hoy jueves 18 a las 9:17 de la noche y las chavas que estaban atendiendo no nos quisieron atender según que el sistema se cayó y con un mal carácter horrible no tienen nada de atención al cliente duraron ratos hablé y hablé en el interior del restaurante muy mala experiencia la de hoy para mí ya se querían ir y no quisieron seguir atendiendo 😔

  Typical Subway with small sitting place. Host was good and courteous. Good for light meals. Ordered veggie delight and got it as per my expectations. Plenty of parking.

  Went to get a sandwich at 2115 or 9:15 p.m. Little lady in there straight up said they only take cash seem too convenient for time. Mind you she was already hiding in the back and didn't come out until 5 minutes later

  After placing an order online in the app, and waiting the appropriate 20 minutes, I went inside to find my food had been given to DoorDash. Yasmeen, who said she was the manager, asked Miriam, in Spanish, if she had asked for the name of the customer from the dasher. She replied in the negative. When I displayed being upset by slightly elevating my voice, Yasmeen accused me of screaming at her. I was not even close to screaming. She offered no solution except to say that it had already been picked up. I showed her in the app that it was not ordered in or for DoorDash, however, she blew off my proof of purchase on my phone and offered no further solution again. I demanded a refund and the Manager's name and phone number of the person above her and She WALKED AWAY and REFUSED to come back to the counter. I asked both Miriam and Tania to get her back to finish the interaction because I wanted the phone number. They refused to bring her back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS TRASH... I'm sure that the food isn't bad, but ya know...

  Food was made slow due to management was not there and very unorganized.
