  This location is in really poor condition, and it shows in both the environment and the overall experience. The store feels rundown, and sanitation is a serious concern. Unfortunately, the staff also seem disengaged, which only adds to the problem. That said, this doesn’t feel like an issue caused by the employees alone—it reflects a lack of oversight and accountability from management or ownership. When standards aren’t enforced, it affects everything from cleanliness to customer service. This has been an ongoing issue at this location, and it doesn’t seem like anyone in charge is addressing it. I’d recommend saving your money and choosing a different place.

  This is the worst pizza ever. When do you get pizza with no sauce and so thin you can see through it. Little caesars is better then this. I called and was told it was our fault our pizza was like this because we let it sit to long in the warmer mind you our pizza was not hot at all. Never will be going back at this point with and the same problems corporate needs to be called. I got really sick from this place to the point i needed medical attention.

  Poor experience with team members within last 3 days; ordered twice and Special instructions were never followed: was told by team member on 3rd Mar 2026 at 11:05 am; that my special instructions don't show up on ticket when I informed him verbally and attempted to show him my app order he showed no interest; and replied "its an online problem" not ours; i.asked why the customer has to be penalized when instructions & payment were already successfully made; was told I had to wait an additional 15 more minutes for a remake; wasted my time amd delayed me from my work schedule of events that day waiting longer; that's why I ordered online for a specific time for my food to be ready; something has to be.done about this location; I may need to start ordering from another location; I tried to.allow them to redeem themselves. Idk

  I had a great visit to the local pizza hut food was hot order was correct and made in a timely manner. Continue with the good customer service and food.
