- RFRandy FieldsFeb 25, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous, whoever the young lady that’s working the drive thru window at 11:03am 2/25/26 need some serious intervention on proper customer communication and class on basic work ethic. All that aside I get tossed a bag of nacho fries that were placed upside down in the bag. Get your act together CHANDLER TEXAS TACO BELL!

- AGAshley GillilanApr 11, 20211.0Picked up two mobile orders in the drive thru around 9:30-10 on Saturday night (4/10/21). We were told they could only give us one at a time, so we had to drive around again for the 2nd one. Kinda weird and the lady that shouted over the intercom was rude, but no big deal. As we circled around to pick up the second order, we realized something was missing from the first order. We told the lady at the window, who then passed it on to who we’re assuming was the supervisor (same lady that shouted over the intercom). We then watched as supervisor lady shouted at the lady from the window. She seemed angry and insistent that she had given us the missing item. She eventually threw her arms up and shouted for us to pull to the front. While we waited for the missing item from the first order, we checked the second order and found that two more things were missing. By this point we were beyond frustrated. After speaking to the lady at the window again, we finally got everything we had ordered. Idk if supervisor lady was having a bad day or what, but there’s no excuse for treating people that way, employees or customers. I don’t do reviews. Just couldn’t believe how awful this person was.
