We ordered wings that were under-sauced and came with no ranch dip (which is standard at other places). The breadsticks also arrived with no dipping sauce — I had to add that separately. To make matters worse, when my husband went in to pick up our order and asked for the little Parmesan cheese and red pepper packets that are usually complimentary, he was told they would cost extra. There’s no mention of a charge for these anywhere on the menu, and it really left a bad impression. Between the missing items, lack of sauce, and extra charges for what should be standard, this was a very disappointing experience.

We opened the box before leaving the store. They were all standing looking to see if they gotten away with it. Well, no sir you didn't. You are an awful manager to allow this. This is why your store has awful reviews.
