- RARuby ANov 1, 20253.0Burger was super salty. My lips are dry and feel salty from eating the burger. The service was okay and the atmosphere is depressing. Yeah would def skip this one since it seems if it's not the quality of food, it's the quality of service that's disappointing.
- DCDavid CarrollAug 6, 20251.0Stopped in on my way from Dallas to Louisiana. I’ll probably skip this location on future visits. My cashier Gladnaja has to be the poster child for I hate my job. As she approached the register to take my order she didn’t even utter a single word to me. She just looked at me. Ok fine. So I proceed to place my order and I happened to have a coupon on my phone. She scans the barcodes I tell her the discount was not being reflected on my side. She says yes I see that it has been behind the register. I tap my card and check my account after and lo and behold the discount wasn’t taken off and I was charged the regular price. I then asks for her a receipt and she catches an attitude and tells me to hold on she was trying to figure something out. So I’ll pass on this location in the future.

The couple that ran the place tonight (8/1/2025) didn't even acknowledge us! The guy was on the ladder doing something while the lady was talking on the phone. We asked for a menu and the guy just stared at us then he turned on the TV screens. He looked like he didn't even want to take our orders. The chili dogs were salty and chewy. My son refused to take a second bite of it. Overall, biggest mistake to stop by here tonight.

They speak rudely to customers and they just don’t care It needs a major overhaul of new staff or it’s gonna close next like the Jack-in-the-Box did across the way.

After asking for one, the employee used a remote control to display the menu on the TV screens. I placed my order without any verbal interaction from the staff. When my food was ready, it was handed to me without a word. Due to this poor service, I will not be returning to this Checkers.
