  We were in town for a memorial, we ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel. It took several attempts just to get the pizza ordered! They kept transferrring us to the call center, then would put us on hold and transfer us back to the store! After we finally got our pizza ordered, guess what?? NO PIZZA.. after waiting an hour we decided to call to see what was going on? Guess what? We got transferred yet again, numerous times, back and forth to the call center and then back to the store. (Seriously, you can’t make this up) when we finally got ahold of someone they told us something failed and the order was cancelled? Like what?? You’re kidding me right? This is one of the worst delivery services I have ever encountered. Go somewhere else because trust me! It isn’t worth your time, and apparently they really don’t want ya to have your pizza! Worse franchise ever. Why they are still in business is beyond me.. horrible, horrible , horrible!

  Ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came. Called them numerous times and was put on hold each time. I have never had any trouble with other pizza hut. Center Texas Pizza Hut is the worst and should lose their franchise.

  Ordered online and chose cash pickup. Order was on time and it's the best pizza Hut pizza I've had. This location also offers booths and tables which is a massive plus.

  Ordered wings, cajun fries and extra ranch. All I got was wings and regular fries. No ranch and no cajun seasoning on the fries. Wont be ordering from here again.
