I ordered ONE cup of coffee through the app. Nothing else! I showed up to pick it up and waited at the counter. Several employees saw me but not one acknowledged me. I had to flag someone down to get served. When I did finally get my coffee, I poured it into my own mug after I left, and the bottom was full of coffee grounds. Not happy!
