I came to this Dairy Queen hungry and hopeful, but I left disappointed and troubled.
The place itself felt neglected. There was an unpleasant odor in the dining area, the floors were dirty, and the menu was awkwardly placed off to the side, making ordering unnecessarily confusing. Even the parking situation added to the frustration—tight, poorly laid out, and difficult to navigate, which set a stressful tone before even walking inside.
When I ordered, the cashier did not mention any available savings, including the Jr. Burger deal, which would have been helpful. I was later asked to get up and retrieve my own food, while other dine-in guests were served at their tables. Fairness should not depend on who is sitting where.
The restroom sink had very low water pressure, making it difficult to wash my hands properly—something that should never be an afterthought in a restaurant.
What grieved me most was the lack of kindness. When I asked about pricing, one employee responded rudely. Later, when I went through the drive-thru, that same employee looked at me and walked away without saying a word, leaving me waiting without explanation. Thankfully, another team member noticed and stepped in to help, which I appreciated.
Service is not just about food—it is about how people are treated. Cleanliness, fairness, and simple courtesy are small acts, yet they mean much. I hope this location reflects and corrects, because every guest deserves to be welcomed with respect.

Genuinely curious what the issue is that made the inside smell so bad. I don’t know if it’s dry P-traps or sewer problems. Perhaps blocked vents? Disgusting regardless

10/10 The WORST fast food experience I have ever had. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. We were in town visiting and had a late evening game but decided to stop through for treats for the athletes and quickly decided this DQ was the last place we should have chosen. Employee was rude and annoyed by us ordering from the time she opened the window. After cutting me off mid sentence during a question about an item adverised on their menu but apparently they dont have she then walked away from window while I was going down the list of orders. She then came back and asked "is that all"? How was I supposed to know because she hadn't seemed to be listening from the start then walked off mid order. After shoving the receipt out and slamming the window, her and her coworker ended up at the mixing station directly in front of the window talking trash about us right where we could hear. She then turned her back and stood off to the side and the other girl handed our 5 blizzards and shake out the window seeing CLEARLY there were only 2 of us in the car and I was driving but didn't have the courtesy to offer a drink carrier, instead laughed as we tried to balance all of them in our laps and asked if we needed lids. It was up to us to guess what was what because after shoving the first two out the window she quit even telling us what kind they were. If your employees hate their doing there job that they are getting paid for that bad, they need to go back home or find something else they do like because customers are what make a business successful. Do better!
