  I went through the drive thru and ordered cookies. The lady taking orders and payment at first window is rude and has bad customer service. This is on 4/3/26 @240pm.

  Terrible service, I asked for a medium and they give me a small, I constantly said "ma'am" trying to get them to give me what I asked for and no one wanted to listen. The chicken nuggets weren't even cooked all the way, and the hot n spicy chicken sandwich was over cooked. There store was not clean enough for customers to sit and eat. There fries are plain with no salt.

  You can't ever seem to get a simple order right. Always missing food or getting wrong items. I use to tip your employees $20 just to bring out my order curbside. Remember, we actually pay good money for the food, the least you could do is make sure you GET IT RIGHT.

  Worst experience ever, i ordered a happy meal with nuggets, they forgot the nuggets. So now my child is left with fries and a toy, come on. The workers are very rushy no reason, I understand you might be busy getting other orders, but if you cant handle multitasking the just close the drive thru. At least get the orders right as well if you’re going to take my time away. They shouldn’t be rushing other orders while im at the checkout in the drive thru if they are just going to get their order wrong. Not my first time, very common thing among the workers here to take longer than 10 minutes for you’re food + get the orders wrong leaving you with a portion of the meal or food gone. Please hire better workers and actually get the orders right if im going to wait in line for 10 minutes. Only come if you want a wait 10+ minutes + missing food mccombo.

  Order breakfast at 10:27am and immediately check-in on the app to ensure you make the 10:30 cut-off. Sit in the drive through line and get to the speaker at 10:31, to be told your order is being cancelled because you didn’t pick it up by 10:30. Arrive at 10:45pm, 15 minutes before close, and get a message at the drive through that they have already closed. Even worse, you placed a mobile order in advance. These are two recent experiences at this location. I won’t be back.
