  I qm saying at hotel nearby and stopped today. I specifically asked for 2 number ones with no cheese and no mayo as warm mayo nauseated me. I got 2 burgers slathered in mayo and cheese. I had a feeling this would happen as the order taker didn't seem to enthused. They did get my medium chocolate frosty right! Duh!! This just happened at 1:15 pm today, March 27th.

  We came in at 12 for lunch with our son. I now know why the entire place was empty. When we walked in there was a girl near the fryers on her phone, she didn't acknowledge us at all. We stood at the front for a while looking at half the menu because a screen was broken, when she finally turned around to look at us she went and hid in the back. We obviously left. They didn't want to serve us, and we no longer wanted to spend our money there.

  1/30/26. Have always appreciated Wendy’s restaurants. Went to my first in 1977. Thought I had won the good lottery. Today, not that great. Cloudy, overcast and cold. Was in the mood for Chili. What I was served was soup. Did not even come close. Was so bummed I ate what I could and left. One of two things happened. Either the managers on duty are incompetent or the reason for the soup like chili was simply a matter of cutting cost. Who knows but I’ll probably just pass the place up the next time I drive by. This Wendy’s could do much better.

  Food was great the service was strange, almost pushy like I need to order now or get out of the drive through. Nothing said was rude or anything like that it was just like I was being forced to decide.
