  Tried to call about a drive thru order that came with out my sons food and a burger with mayo that was ordered plain and dry and the manager hung up on me twice.

  Here's my opinion and I know y'all will agree.....if you don't like this location, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! You're going to get what you pay for! If you go in at 1am and get trash, you're probably trash! If you go in at a reasonable time, I know you're going to enjoy your food. I have lived in Cedar Park for over 14 years. I have had 1 less than average experience in this time. Never have I ever been at 12am, let alone 2am. Y'all in Cedar Park are spoiled and expect 5 star service at a fast food restaurant. Don't hate on the Brand because you can't get 5 star service at 2am. Give me a break Cedar Park. Do better or open your own restaurant!

  didn’t have a good experience, food was over cooked, I ordered inside, wasn’t asked if it was for here or to go, it was put on a tray, I wanted it to go, the employee didn’t understand English, I don’t think I’ll ever go back

  Ordered an asiago chicken club and got a chicken patty on a bun. Called a bunch of times when I was home and opened it up and they don’t answer the phone, and the messages are full.

  Baked potato was not completely cooked through it was basically raw besides the top edge where I’m assuming the heat hit most, bacon on my potato was also burnt. My husbands baconator had basically no bacon and the few chopped pieces of bacon he did have were like burnt bacon bits and his fries for his meal weren’t in the bag originally when we asked for them they said they needed to make some so we waited and his fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. Our drinks were only syrup. Overall was not ideal and I’m not happy at the amount of money we spent to get home and it not be edible because of the terrible quality.
