  I came in to order an açaí bowl and planned to eat there. After ordering, I sat down and waited while the shop became busier with groups coming in and people picking up online orders. After about 30 minutes with no update, I decided to order a flatbread to go for my girlfriend, assuming the wait would be longer since I still hadn’t received my original order. Another 10 minutes passed, and by then the store had mostly emptied, with four employees working. I went up to check on my order and found that my açaí bowl had been prepared as a to-go order and left sitting on the pickup counter for some time. I was never told it was ready, nor did I request it to be made to go. While waiting for the flatbread, I noticed the staff cleaning and discarding what appeared to be the last apple that was supposed to come as a side. After several more minutes, I asked about the flatbread and was met with, “You didn’t get it?” before it was finally handed to me. At that point, I gave up on receiving the side altogether. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication and attentiveness. I spent a significant amount of time waiting while my food sat unattended, and it felt like I was being overlooked despite standing there the entire time.

  They should all wear hair nets. No one had on a hair net. Long hair and short hair no net

  Picked up a salad to take home. 7.6 ounces, total….including bowl. A whopping 1.0 ounces of chicken. Do better. This is $3 salad not $10.

  I can get a smoothie, flatbread and chips for about the same cost as most fast food drive thrus. Always tastes great with fast and friendly service.
