  Waited almost an hour! Staff were so rude! They closed the lobby early and made customers tell the other customers they couldn’t come in.

  !!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE EATING HERE!!! We went to this Taco Bell today just hoping to come get a good meal. Upon arrival there were people that had been clearly waiting for their food for a while. We placed our order, and sat down then ended up waiting 20 minutes. During that wait, there was over ten cars they helped in the drive thru, while not even beginning our order. Upon approaching the cashier and asking about the status of our order, she very rudely said “what’s your order?” No apology or acknowledgment of the wait. Once we finally sat down with our food, my boyfriend’s quesadilla was not cut. We ended up having to go back four times asking them to please cut the quesadilla. To which they rolled their eyes, and laughed when we came back the fourth time because once again, it was not sliced. At this point, we were frustrated, and there was over four people waiting in line that had their drive thru orders messed up. Tearine, the cashier, did not acknowledge anyone unless directly ca. What terrible customer service! They were mocking us, laughing, and rolling their eyes. I asked for her name, and for a manager. She responded “you don’t need to know”. In the end, they issued a refund, so that receipt is how we learned her name. She refused to give us her name, as did the VERY rude and snotty manager. Martha, the manager, rolled her eyes and argued with us. I have been in customer service rolls my whole life, and can’t even imagine being so disrespectful to people, let alone my customers. Another guest came in from the drive thru, after his order was messed up, and his quesadilla was also uncut. He had waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. @TacoBell, please evaluate your staff at this location! I have never been so disrespected. Normally there is an older gentleman here that is an absolute delight. Not sure what happened with these two girls. Do yourself a favor and drive 7 minutes to the location down 183!

  The place was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. They were generous with the jalapeños on my order. It was a great lunch experience

  Good stuff, recent menu change did alright, mostly good, but you'll change my beefy 5 layer (not for the better), not ruined, but not what it used to be. Staff was great, and order was perfect. Keep up the fantastic service!
