  We have been to this McDonald’s many times and I don’t know why we keep going other than it is definitely the most convenient and to go to any other one would be another 10 or so minutes. They have forgotten about us more than one time while in the drive-through line. It is not uncommon to wait 20 minutes. At the very worst, it was 45 minutes. I know that one sounds completely bonkers, but it is true. Honestly, if you go down Whitestone just a bit further to the McDonald’s on Bell, they have impeccable service and speed.

  No pickles must mean something different in Mexico and India. This was my last time going here bc they put extra pickles every time I say no pickles. Tag even says no pickles. 0/10 experience

  Waited an hour in the drive thru on Easter. Missed church.I have a little girl who wanted to egg hunt. They also forgot her apple juice. My husband paid extra for cheese on his sausage biscuit and we never received cheese on it. They never seem to pick up the phone when you have an issue.

  Ordered curbside-28 minutes later I called. They refused to bring it curbside because it was raining. Claimed rain came out of nowhere. Fully predicted. Should be indicated they will not do curbside in the rain. Everyone does. They provide rain gear to their employees. Woman who answered the phone was rude.

  I really try not to leave bad reviews but it’s getting pretty ridiculous here. Unfortunately we do come here a lot out of convenience and for the past few months we’ve been having to wait FOREVER for basic orders. Just now I ordered 5 hashbrowns and a drink. I’ve been waiting for this to come to my car for 10 minutes now. I didn’t post anything in the past because I know sometimes staffing can be difficult, but this has been consistent now and it’s getting ridiculous.
