Here’s a polished, respectful but clearly negative review in English:
⸻
I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I believe there is a real need to improve the overall customer experience.
I placed a takeout order, and when I arrived, everything was already packed. Naturally, when an order is sealed and ready, you assume everything inside is correct—because it’s not practical to open every container and double-check each item. Fortunately, I decided to check before leaving, and I’m glad I did, because there were mistakes.
One issue that seems to happen every single time is that drinks are not included, even when they are clearly part of the order and already paid for. Customers should not have to ask for something they’ve already purchased—especially in a takeout order. This doesn’t feel like an occasional oversight, but rather a recurring pattern that needs to be addressed.
The second issue was more concerning. I ordered a dish with an extra portion of meat, which is clearly listed on the menu as a paid add-on. When I asked about it, a staff member told me they couldn’t provide the extra and implied that selecting it was just a “note” that doesn’t actually mean anything. This was confusing and frustrating, as I had already paid for that add-on. Eventually, a cook came out and gave me the extra meat, but it was presented as if they were doing me a favor—when in reality, it was something I had already purchased and was clearly stated on my receipt.
This raises a bigger concern: how are staff members assisting customers if they are not familiar with the menu or the items being sold? If an extra costs money and is listed as an option, it should be honored without question.
Additionally, the beverage machine consistently has issues with the ice, which adds to the overall poor experience not to mention the overall condition of the place.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. With better training and attention to detail, this place has the potential to offer a much better experience.
