- CTcarrie tufts5 days ago2.0Teens in the store are really overly dramatic and rude. Block doorways and always distracted and loud, seem incredibly unprofessional. Seems like a group of coworkers that know each other well. When you make polite conversation with them about it, they defend each other and give an attitude.
- JBJulissa Banda5 days ago1.0I am writing this to bring attention to a deeply disturbing experience my sister had at the Customer Service desk @ 170 E Whitestone Blvd Cedar park Tx 78613 My sister attempted to process a return for formula she needed to refund. He had pink hair, Had glasses and was located at the customer service desk. The employee at the desk was incredibly rude, making insensitive and disparaging remarks. His behavior felt targeted and like clear racial profiling, which is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, this employee was not even wearing a name tag, which is a direct violation of store policy.When she reasonably asked for the employee’s name to file a formal complaint, Manager Hayley intervened but flatly refused to provide it. Shielding the employee from accountability this location failed miserably today. No customer should be treated with bias or disrespect, and it is shameful that a manager would protect an employee behaving this way. I expect a response regarding how this location plans to address the conduct of this rude employee.

- MGMichael A GálvezApr 4, 20263.0Love HEB but they need to get the pet thing under control. Animals should not be walking or carried around where there is food. These are not service animals either. You can tell by the way they act. Everyone is grabbing these fake, non ADA certified service animals certifications online and taking these untrained animals everywhere. The ADA states that these online "certifications" are not legitimate and do not have to be honored. And emotional support animals are not service animals. Please educate your teams and enforce service animals policies correctly.
