1/30/26. Have always appreciated Wendy’s restaurants. Went to my first in 1977. Thought I had won the good lottery. Today, not that great. Cloudy, overcast and cold. Was in the mood for Chili. What I was served was soup. Did not even come close. Was so bummed I ate what I could and left.
One of two things happened. Either the managers on duty are incompetent or the reason for the soup like chili was simply a matter of cutting cost. Who knows but I’ll probably just pass the place up the next time I drive by.
This Wendy’s could do much better.

Food was great the service was strange, almost pushy like I need to order now or get out of the drive through. Nothing said was rude or anything like that it was just like I was being forced to decide.

Another bad Wendy’s in the Austin area. This location is dirty and needs updating. The service was slow and the food was cold even though it wasn’t busy inside. This is another Wendy’s you want to avoid.
