  I haven't been to a taco bell in years, Gave it a try at my family's request. Ordered 6 beef soft taco supremes. They advertise that it includes onions, tomatoes, sour cream...yet not a single one had any. They also didn't have any beef, instead we got a soft taco with lettuce and beans. Also ordered 2 nacho and cheese trays. The nachos were covered in salt!!! They were so salty that the grandkids refused to eat any. Definitely won't try it for a long time!! Hate spending so much for something no one wanted to eat. Positive note, employees were nice and the lobby was clean.

  Ordered a classic stacker. Happened to look down after almost finishing and saw what appears to be mold on the tortilla. I called the location to advise and was hung up on. Unbelievable!

  Bean burrito $1.99 Beefy 5 Layer burrito $4.59. Nothing Beefy about the Beefy 5 Layer burrito. Same size as the $1.99 Bean burrito. I did NOT see 5 Layers, I saw same bean, little cheese and tiny portions of very minced beef. Nothing else. No sour cream. Did I get a basic $1.99 Bean burrito and they just SPRINKLED a little minced beef and sold it to me as a $4.59 Beefy 5 Layer burrito? YES THEY DID. Shame on Taco Bell.

  I don't like leaving review but this was the worst experience I ever had. We ordered our food got to the window and 10 minutes later had to repeat my order my receipt time stamp 12:09 am. About 10 to 15 minutes later he came back to the window asked me if I paid, I told him yes but haven't got my food and had to give him my receipt so he can make my order. We got our food at 12:27 and the guy at the window asked me to check and confirm my order because the manager doesn't know how to count? while my wife was checking our order she told me everything was cold. I told the guy working the window he said I'm sorry but can't help if you like to remake the order you have to wait. When we got home and sat down to eat food was cold, the been and cheese didn't have the red sauce and No cheese and the been was cold. When I told him I was disappointed he said that he was supposed to got off 2 hrs ago and and the only thing he does is hand out the food. I didn't even eat all my food we thought it way because it didn't taste right. This will be the lost time I'll will be eating at Taco Bell will be deleting my app to. Taco Bell has gone down hill.
