  Ordered a chocolate shake and it tasted like it was made with spoiled milk, things are way to expensive for such lack of care and consideration

  Ordered strawberry sundae and hot fudge sundae. After waiting for 20mins got Melted ice cream without whipped cream (out of stock). No courtesy to replace it.

  There chili cheese beef hot dog, mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and ranch sauce for dipping sauces, and their Big Red soda are delicious

  I stopped in Stall 4, placed my order. The person who answered was rude and short. Noticed the touch screen was broken. Unable to leave a tip. I waited thirty minutes in the Stall, watching the meter count down and say my food was delivered. Had to ask where my food was. Waited an additional 10 minutes for my bag of food. I spoke to the manager, he explained he only had one closer and a car hop leaving in 20 minutes. Asked to borrow a restroom. He informed me the restroom was outside, but the key had been broken off in the lock for a while now. It was currently unavailable. When I got home, my food was stone cold and the order was wrong. I went back. Asked for the correct order. Still waiting another 20 minutes before I got the correct order. Drive thru is faster, but honestly, you’re better off going to Whataburger. The burgers are better.

  Nicest cashier working ever and to be so sweet during a freeze! I’ll come back to this sonic every time.
