Then I ordered at the drive-thru, and the girl couldn't hear me well. They didn't give me my receipt, so I had to order more at the window with the girl directly, and it took forever to deliver my order.

You can’t drink it with a straw. Half the time they include a straw, the other half of the time there is nothing, never do they include napkins. What a joke. This is a consistent issue at most Sonics in the Austin Metro area for whatever reason. Truly poor management and owners not doing their job properly.
