I ordered from Rosati’s Pizza and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a single takeout pizza, despite paying a significant amount for it. As if that wasn’t enough, when I asked to speak with the manager to understand the delay, instead of offering a solution, the manager raised their voice and told me, “you have to wait,” in a very rude and disrespectful manner. A business that treats its customers this way, normalizes long delays, and then speaks to them in a scolding tone has an unacceptable service mentality. There was no apology and no explanation. After this experience, I will never choose this place again and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone

Service was great, and Anna promptly helped us out with pizza and appetizers. No delay at all, and drinks came out fast and cold!! Kudos to the kitchen for great tasting pizza, that we get to take home and enjoy tomorrow. Thanks to the restaurant for an enjoyable and chill relaxing environment. And thanks for boxing our pizza Anna!!

We got our drinks pretty quick we have been sitting for almost 30 minutes and I count 5 people working and there is only one other table and no one has come to take our order. I will also reach out to Rosati corporate office on Monday. Four of the workers are sitting down socializing very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

So if you like a thicker crust, this pizza is not for you. As for the toppings and the taste of the pizza, we definitely like the pizzas we order from Rosati's. If you're looking for wings and like a crispy wing, this is not where you want to order wings from. I'm still in search of a great NY pizza but we will definitely be ordering pizza from Rosati's again.
- LMLexi MarieDec 18, 20254.0The Chicago deep is the best! I legit came twice in one week because it was sooo good and not from the area. My first bartender was amazing! She told me she was from the Chicago area and she was so attentive and even boxed my leftover pizza for me to take back to my hotel. However, my second bartender was horrible. She was a tiny girl that was tatted but I didn’t get her name. She was not attentive at all and had my pizza to go when I was dining in. She wasn’t friendly and she seemed like she was paying more attention to people she knew rather than all the other patrons sitting at the bar.
