- JBJon BristolNov 15, 20255.0Lived in Chicago for 4 years, this is as close as it gets in Austin. very good deep dish pizza & cheese curds (curds are off-menu so you have to ask for them). they source their cheese from Wisconsin so it’s legit. great friendly service from Arianna, super attentive, honest & nice. ordered WAY too much food (14” deep dish w/ 3 toppings, cheese curds, half order of dough bites & a beer) and only spent $55 without tip. you can definitely feed 2 people here for $20-30, again i ordered way too much lol but i am happy to take home leftovers. overall definitely recommend and i will be coming back regularly, very glad i checked it out

The crust could be a little more crispy to hold the marinara style sauce and cooked a little more so it’s not as runny. It’s not the traditional pizza sauce you may be used to on Chicago’s famous Giordano’s, Lou Malnati’s, etc pizzas. The thin crust white pizza with added chicken was great, and just as I remember it being back in Chicago land area. It was on the colder side as I’m guessing it may have been ready before the deep dish one. Suggest to make it all in the appropriate timing. The prep time was a bit long at almost an hour considering I was waiting at the store for over 30minutes. Certainly worth ordering in advance or dine in. The young girl at the take out counter was very pleasant and apologetic for it taking so long. Would suggest giving this location a try if you are in the mood for a good pizza. Just be mindful of the time especially when ordering the deep dish.

The restaurant that we had intended to go to was closed, so our expectations were low, but what a surprise to find a “cheers” like atmosphere with the best made from scratch Chicago inspired food. This was mind blowing and couldn’t believe I stumbling on this gem. And because it is considered a sports bar but still family friendly they broadcast the Chicago games. Highly recommend.

In a packed house, she maintains a delightful and inviting attitude, she routinely checks in on All her tables ensuring we always have what we need and are never left with an empty glass. And even as the kitchen staff walk out with incomplete orders, she promptly follows right behind them with the missing items without any queuing, requests, or even complaint. Her level of awareness and prompt follow through is beyond amazing! I hope Rosatis knows what an asset you are Melissa! Phenomenal Job Melissa and thank you for a wonderful dinner experience!
