I called to let them know of the issue, very calmly, and was told I was incorrect. The manager said that there absolutely was and I'm really shocked to be implied I'm lying. I've gotten this pizza a dozen times and it's always so good and saucy. I got a credit but I'm so annoyed because it was implied I was lying. If you were gonna give a credit, why not say we will send out another pizza right now for free? I called back to just reorder with my credit and they couldn't find it, placed me on hold, and never came back I get why this location has such poor reviews.

All sorts of hidden fees were added and as I was speaking with the manager she said oh, btw, we don't have red onions anymore, will white be ok? I specifically said red onions more than once and the girl taking my order didn't say a word. I am so sick of shady businesses. I would have gotten the order with white onions and of course, they would have refused to comp the wrong order, as I have now seen on other reviews here. I told them there are a TON of pizza places- NEVER going back to Pizza Hut again. Ever.

Everyone is in the back, and after waiting 10 minutes someone MIGHT come to the front to acknowledge you, if you’re lucky. FOOD: The pizza itself was terrible. I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE — DIDN’T GET IT. Paid for a Pan pizza and they gave me Hand Tossed instead. Why am I even paying extra for things if they just give me whatever they feel like? Terrible service, wrong order, and not worth the money. Won’t be coming back.
