Gattis has gone down in service as well. I came 5 mins more late than the quoted time. But the order was not even started. I had to cancel the order.

they make you pick up only by the drive thru. locking the door so you can’t pick up inside…. which would save everyone a ton of time its insane. 20 cars just surrounding the tiny building waiting. like just let us pick up inside? other pizza places don’t have an issue like this. if our order is ready let us come in and get it, not deal with this for an hour.
