    take my word for your kiosks are going to ruin your business. The counter help is so reluctant to come say hello or offer to help or someone to order. It takes so long to place an order and the staff is very unfriendly. It is a drive-through business, no longer a dining room atmosphere very disappointed

    After numerous visits here I have concluded this is a garbage location. All the times I have been here the service is never good. Just Infact tonight I went here and I tried to order a McRib and was told they didn’t have anymore I then tried to order a burger and the person on the mic started talking about pies. I corrected him a few more times and it’s was like he was high or just not present. He then said pull up to the next window so I did and waited a minute and when no one showed up I then pulled up to the last window and mentioned that if you’re gonna say pull up to the next window maybe have a sign at that window that says pull forward. He shrugged his shoulders and replied “ Well it’s not a problem for normal customers”. Will absolutely never go back.
