It’s supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, but there’s nothing fast about it — we waited at least 20 minutes for our order, even though we were the only customers in the dining area! During that time, orders were given out first to the drive-thru, then to delivery. It feels like regular customers don’t matter at all. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold — fries and burgers alike. When we pointed this out, the staff completely ignored us. Such service and attitude are absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t want to waste your time and ruin your mood — avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.
