  Im 60 y.o., I wanted the new sandwich, but they were still making breakfast. I had the infamous egg,cheese,bacon sandwich. Flavors never change. I enjoy a taste of the past.

  An employee messed up my order, so I came back to see if it could be fixed. The employee who originally took my order was dismissive, but a manager named Oscar noticed what was happening and quickly stepped in to help. He was very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of.

  Hi, I ordered a breakfast to go and when I got home I realized the order was wrong. I ordered two Sausage McGriddle meals, an extra hash brown, and pancakes with sausage. However, I only received one McGriddle, and it didn’t have egg or cheese, and one of the McGriddles was missing. Could you please help me fix this?

  Already twice I've had to stop here out of convenience, but both times the customer service was subpar, and the vibe was unwelcoming. No 'hi, thanks bye, nothing'. Luckily, we ordered shakes this last time, which were pretty typical in flavor and consistency. The first time I had to come here, the food was barely warm. Didn't taste good.

  I came to McDonald’s today that’s for a happy meal with nuggets and a double fish fillet I asked for a Fanta no ice. I get to the window I paid I get to the second window. They give me my order no sauce for the nuggets. He had a Sprite for me with ice and I said I had a Fanta no ice and the kid says, but your receipt says Sprite I said Fanta no ice he said, but your receipt says Sprite so this kid is standing they’re arguing with me after I originally said Fanta ice then I said can you please change it so he close the window. He gives me Fanta with ice so I call the manager because I’m not gonna stand there and argue with a kid at the window over my order. I’m sorry I never do this but this is unprofessional unbelievable
