  Ordered uber eats from them asked for sandwich and not a wrap. They don’t care to follow simple requests. Never order from here!!!!!!

  I’m frequent customer here and everyone here is pretty friendly, except for today (I order the exact same thing every time). They messed up part of my order and when I asked to remake the partial order, they claimed it’s how it’s supposed to be and refused to fix it. When I asked for the manager, they claimed to be the manager, Mitchel Garcia, and asked me to leave. We used to order from this location regularly, thanks to Mr. Mitchel Garcia never again. This person was extremely rude and unprofessional. And according to other reviews, it’s not the first and probably not last occurrence.

  Super-fast service and good #6 option for veggie sandwich is always appreciated. The staff here are pretty nice despite all my last minute orders :)

  I have been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer since I went to University of Illinois, where Jimmy John’s is from but today when I placed my delivery order, which asks me where I am located the driver refuses to bring it up to where I am located. I called the store and was pretty much blatantly brushed off. I ordered food quite frequently and I have never had this be a problem, but I will never order from from Jimmy John’s again!! Crappy customer service is not a good thing when there are plenty of options out there

  I want to give a huge shout-out to the Cedar Park Jimmy John’s team especially Tyler, Joe, and James. They are truly the best! Every time we walk in, they greet us with big smiles and amazing customer service. They don’t just make sandwiches; they make sure every detail is perfect. What stands out the most is how well they know their customers. We don’t even have to explain our order anymore we just walk in and say, “Make Fatima’s order,” and they know exactly what to do and make it exactly how we like it every single time. The consistency, speed, and quality are unmatched. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. People like Tyler, Joe, and James are the reason we keep coming back again and again. They deserve to be recognized for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making every visit such a great experience and for making the best sandwiches in Cedar Park!
