I’m a personal shopper and I was checking out my order, minding my own business, when I received the worst customer service of my life! I was leaning against my shopping cart pulling my wallet out to pay when the bagger pulled the cart out from under me super aggressively to get it closer to him. It made me lose my balance and I almost tripped because I was leaning on it for support! He didn’t say a single thing about it and when I looked at the cashier, she smiled and laughed at me!!! I was so in shock I didn’t even know what to do or say.. I couldn’t believe someone would do this to anyone and it felt like such a violation of my personal space… I will definitely be calling tomorrow once the store opens this is unacceptable. If it had been an elderly lady and he had done the same thing… she could have seriously been injured from losing balance and falling. They need to figure out who he and the cashier are and have a serious conversation about how to treat customers… worst heb of all time. I will never come back here.
