When I arrived an hour and a half later to pick them up, I was told they had sold my order because they “assumed” I wouldn’t show up. That is completely unacceptable. To make it worse, they did not even attempt to refund me until I explicitly demanded it. Selling a paid order and hoping the customer doesn’t come back is either gross incompetence or outright disregard for customers. This is the last time I will ever come here.

The lady at the window asks us to pull up to the window after we took off the order, we hear her say “so annoying” behind the mic at the drive thru before we pull up to the window. Waited about 8 minutes at the window for someone to ask us to pay. I work service to so I understand if it was annoying. At least have the nerve to mute the mic and don’t hide in the back when the customers come to the window. Ps the manager or shift lead was the lady that said we were “so annoying”. Great work guys👍
