I messed up part of our online order and were eating in the store, and Brandon saw that something wasn't quite right with how my son (picky eater) wasn't eating his pizza. Brandon jumped in to make it right without hesitation and was determined to ensure we left happy. You could tell that he genuinely cared! I was asking simple questions being respectful and I get it that they deal with customers that are not easy cause I work on fast food too but this was no occasion because I was just asking simple stuff and the manager just was being rushing me.
