$10.50 for a KIDS hamburger meal … absolutely not!!! I will not be returning and will be going to Liberty Hill location from now on, which I normally do but was in the CP area. Had I know this I would not have given them my business.

Disappointing experience due to poor communication and unprofessional management. My father and I were instructed by staff to pull forward and park in a specific spot in the drive-thru while waiting for our food. This caused confusion with the customers behind us, who became visibly upset.
What was most concerning was that management did not clarify that staff had directed us to park there, nor did they take steps to de-escalate the situation. Instead, staff observed from inside and later asked “what’s going on,” while allowing the situation to escalate, including threats by the vehicle behind us to call the police after only a short wait.
This situation could have been easily avoided with clear communication and basic management support. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, we won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible service and disrespectful management. Whenever I come here, it’s through the drive through and the staff are always unfriendly and grumpy. Today I tried to redeem my birthday reward and the manager was very rude in telling me they use a different app and even insinuated I was using an expired reward when the screen literally showed a countdown. Does not make sense that some DQs use different apps. Also doesn’t show good customer service for not just honoring it.
Ended up paying for the medium blizzard and ordered a large sundae, but gave us the size of a small sundae. Of all the DQs around Austin, choose ANY other one to avoid being disappointed.
