Today I tried to redeem my birthday reward and the manager was very rude in telling me they use a different app and even insinuated I was using an expired reward when the screen literally showed a countdown. Does not make sense that some DQs use different apps. Also doesn’t show good customer service for not just honoring it. Ended up paying for the medium blizzard and ordered a large sundae, but gave us the size of a small sundae. Of all the DQs around Austin, choose ANY other one to avoid being disappointed.
