The employee (male, black ponytail, glasses) who prepared my bowl spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone when I asked for extra lamb meatballs, as if I were attempting to get something for free rather than placing a normal paid request. After paying, I realized my pita bread was missing and returned to the register. While checking my bag, the cashier unnecessarily moved my personal items around. The employee who made my food then returned holding the pita bread and threw it into my bag instead of handing it to me or placing it respectfully, despite the fact that I was standing right there and could have opened the bag. Tossing food at a customer is unprofessional and disrespectful. I was polite and patient throughout the entire interaction, so this treatment was unprovoked and unacceptable. This experience reflects poorly on the location and its management.

Staff taking order was talking very softly you can't even listen properly. Cashier charges for the order and leaves without giving drink cup. Other staff comes asking did you pay, is it for here, questions that were already answered. Then again asks did u pay for drink, what size?? 3rd lady comes came in between can't even remember what she asked. Went to fill up drink and lemonade was out and other couple other drinks too.

Tommy and Tyler specifically have great customer service and are very welcoming! The rest of the staff has been warm and great as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!
