Disgusting. I’ve never ever seen somewhere so gross. Even down to the walls. Restrooms were disgusting with no TP or paper towels. The walls by the bathroom look like they’ve never been wiped, EVERY table and chair was obviously dirty, they don’t clean at ALL. I wouldn’t go here through the drive through, with the dirtiness of this place you probably will end up with rat droppings in your coffee. Seriously, no exaggeration. To management- clean! We were there for 25 minutes and there was no one else in there for 20 of those minutes. Saw the employee texting in the ‘back’. Mind you, this was before he made our shake we paid for. Luckily he saw I was looking and waiting and came up to make it. But seriously. You need an overhaul here. I won’t be back which is sad because we would be weekly customers if it was even decently cleaned.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
