  Absolutely absurd to close the main store and force people to use an absurdly long drive through line. This entirely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

  Yikes! I have been craving a good ole lox & cream cheese on an onion bagel. Instead of that, i got the hot spicy new smear - yuk! Hate when you dont get what you ordered. I ordered the Nova Lox & instead got the Hot Honey Nova Lox. It was an app order. Very disappointed.

  I always like the whitestone location. They are fast and friendly. Brayden was particularly helpful. He took the time to help me get my drink order like I wanted but service was still fast and efficient. I appreciated the communication and helpfulness. Janna was quick with my bagel too and cheerful! Einstein employees are so positive..I like the food and the people!

  We came from out of town and stopped in for the first time. We tried many different types of bagels and cinnamon rolls. The people were very friendly, very fast and efficient and the bagles were so delicious! Whoever makes the bagels should get a raise! We will be back.

  Alright Einstein's, let's try this kind of review..... When you're out of a Bagel, create an "Out Sign" or let your drive-thru customers know what you're out of before they place their order. (THIS WOULD BE CALLED COURTESY) Secondly....For The EMPLOYEES. If you don't want to work there..... Academy, Target, and Hobby Lobby right behind y'all is hiring. Tropical Smoothie next door is hiring and Torchys & Canes across the street is hiring. Just do me a favor and don't act like you hate your job. It's hard to order something from someone who lacks a joyful tone and has a Stone-face. (I am only being honest, not being rude because this is my experience EVERY TIME). Thirdly and Lastly a PSA to anyone going to this location.....NEVER DINE IN OR ORDER INSIDE. ONLY GO DRIVE-THRU. This location has a problem with handling both sides of the business. It is easier to order Drive-Thru & Eat Inside if that's what you want. Otherwise you will wait and watch the employees looks sad while you wait. It's odd writing this because obviously the bagels are great but the service, environment, and cleanliness is not........Health Inspector might find that out themselves. Look at all the tables when you walk in. They are unkept, bathroom is unkept, drink station looks like early 2000's.....Honest Review Here
