  Yesterday I ordered two pizzas, one of them was the pizza my wife would have some slices. During my ordering I was also taking care of another task, so I forgot to call Domino's and let them know about my wife's severe allergy to mushrooms. I went to pick the pizzas up and something told me to look at the pizzas. And one mushroom was on one of the pieces. After explaining everything to food rep, they kindly re- made the pizza. Everyone was so nice and empathetic. Thanks for understanding.

  5 stars because of Hogan. He is the most talented, professional, courteous, and pleasant guy I’ve ever interacted with at this location. He deserves a promotion and a increase in his compensation.

  You never get the topping to pay for. I paid for 7 toppings and got 4 toppings. In addition to that there is no point to select “extra” for any toppings because they still put normal. No quality control at this location.

  We visited this location last night and usually it’s a good experience. However this time was terrible. We placed an order online and went to go pick up our pizza at the park Street location. When we arrived, we asked for our pizza.They had us make our payment. The manager then opens the box and shows my husband that the pizza was made incorrectly. We were totally all right with them just throwing on the missing toppings and going on our way. However, the little girl Manager stated that they cannot do that and the pizza would need to be made over again. So we waited over 20 minutes. Eventually, I went to one of the workers and I asked for the manager I was told the manager was too busy to come speak to me. This is why adults should be management and not children. Long story short we ended up asking for our money back and left with no pizza. Our pizza was never a priority to be made over again and if we wouldn’t have said anything, we would’ve continued to have sat there. I would advise to watch out for this location on Friday nights as the management doesn’t care and they will definitely make your food wrong and for these reasons is why they got one star. Especially when When your name was removed from the order, queue very sneaky.
