  Every time I come here, I have a bad experience and last night was one of them.

  The place smelt extremely bad first of all. We had to leave because of how unpleasing it was. I wish I could give this place 0 stars but I can’t. The food however is good but the workers are terribly mean. There shirt says ask me why I love my job… so I proceeded to ask and instead of nicely responding they laughed at my face and ignored me. Two teens girls and the girl with blonde curly ish hair extremely rude and had terrible attitude. I proceeded to ask if they put brownies in my oreo brownie blizzard bc I didn’t taste any at all and I nicely asked and she didn’t even look at me and js said yes with a tone in her voice.she then walked over and continued to ask a worker if he put brownies and he proceeded to say no. Mind u she tried to ask secretly. Another guy He made a comment saying how we are probably rich bc of where we live and I made a joke and said no I live in the streets and he proceeded to say you look homeless with a straight face. I did not find that funny at all and it was extremely unprofessional. Don’t ever come here and I will 100% not be returning and this was April 4th around 8:50-9:12.

  I had a really upsetting experience at the Dairy Queen on Whitestone on April 4 around 9 PM. From the moment we got there, the customer service was terrible. The staff had rude attitudes, were dismissive, and acted like helping us was a problem. On top of that, our order was messed up, and when we tried to politely address it, the situation only got worse. Instead of fixing the issue professionally, employees were mocking us, making fun of us, and even made a comment calling us “homeless looking,” which was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and honestly shocking to hear from staff at any business. What made this even worse was that the grown adults working were rude too and did nothing to de-escalate the situation or handle the issue professionally. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. I’ve never been treated this poorly at a restaurant before. This was beyond bad service it was flat-out disrespectful and uncalled for. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on how we were treated. We will not be coming back.

  The guy taking orders at 5:20 pm is extremely rude, and short with customers. He told an elderly lady to be patient and wait for her food. We have always enjoyed this location but this guy needs to go!

  We ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s 4th birthday and they did a great job matching the cake to his hot wheels theme party. The price of the cake and people working there were great too, everyone was very nice! The cake was just perfect and it brought back so much nostalgia from when I was a kid.
