  I'm a regular to this location. The cooks here have the seasonings dialed in and Sarah does an amazing job welcoming customers and livening the atmosphere.

  We placed online order for burritos and bowls. The portions were less than half the size that we usually get in person. We also ordered two bags of chips and one of them were missing. This happened once before, whoever making online orders doing a poor job.

  I had a very disappointing experience picking up an Uber Eats order here. Despite my app showing the order was ready for 'Pickup,' the restaurant's system incorrectly flagged it as 'Delivery.' Instead of helping solve the clear technical discrepancy, the two staff members I spoke with initially were dismissive, claiming someone else had already picked it up—which was clearly not the case - I had the app open with the name and order number exactly the same as their system To make matters worse, the male employee falsely claimed to be the manager when I asked for leadership. He lacked any professional aptitude for the role and offered zero solutions. Thankfully, another female employee eventually stepped in. She actually took the time to look at my phone, realized the error, and quickly remade the order. I appreciate her help, but the initial dishonesty and lack of service from the first two staffers were unacceptable.

  Dude, Eric must be legendary. Tonight we witnessed catastrophic karen behavior and the whole restaurant just had an eye on him calmly de escalating the situation. She left whistling and smiling so we thought it was over. Then: she comes BACK in when we leave. Thats crazy. My mom asked for Erics name so we could shout him out honestly 😭. Food was good after long road trip. Great big burrito. I mean who’s reading this we all know what chipotle is.

  This review has mostly to do with their online ordering. We put in a pick up order and our order was not there. We looked past it because it happens and thought maybe someone had grabbed our bag by mistake. The second time something problematic happened was when my husband picked up, and the ingredients were all messed up. (he got my protein, his beans were put in mine, that sort of thing.) Then, today, we put in an order for a large group (party) for someone who had surgery and their whole family attending. When my husband got home, he noticed there were no labels on any of the items. This isn't an issue when it's a family, because we can figure it out, but for a large group of people (some of which we don't know that well-our family's order was grouped with theirs in one big order) it's not exaclty kosher to open people's food and look thru it and figure out who gets what. I called the manager and she said that when things get busy, they don't do stickers. Well, for a large group (party sized)that should be non-negotiable.
