  Night shift at this location consistently has issues with both order accuracy and customer service. There is a recurring problem with the employee working the front window at night (the woman with glasses). When orders are incorrect, which happens frequently, the response is often irritated and unprofessional. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, customers are met with comments like “what is it now?” or “what’s the problem?”, even when items are clearly missing. In addition, orders are regularly incomplete. On my most recent visit, multiple meals were missing items (fries and nuggets), making it impossible to feed everyone. This has happened more than once, which points to a lack of proper quality checks before orders are handed out. Customers should not have to double or triple check bags before leaving the drive-thru, and they definitely should not feel uncomfortable asking for missing items. Please put the right people at the window. This location needs to implement a better system for verifying orders and provide customer service training for night staff especially the lady with glasses.. This is an ongoing issue that needs immediate attention.

  It's a nice place, get the triple meat everything and your full for the rest of the day. Sad but I get my fries at McDonald's because there's is just ok. I believe they stopped with the baked potatoes. That was my go to. There burgers will always be no.1 with me.

  My order was given to the people that were in front of me by accident, it was remade after I spoke up. Walked in,same employee outside smoking near the door. The burgers were good 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. The employee seemed stressed, I would not want to jeopardize their position, however some more training or assistance from the supervisors may be necessary.
