  Tonight’s feast was exceptionally served by Jamila, ordered The Sampler and it was MOST DEFINITELY worth it, Ribs just fell off the bone, rattlesnake bites were so tasty to every tastebud I have, and the cheese and chips was just so perfect!!! Followed up with an amazingly cooked Ribeye smothered in Sautéed Onions and Mushrooms with a layer of jack cheese on top!!! Jamila was on top of serving, always refilling and checking in and Damien was making sure the floor was running to perfection!!! 10/10!!!

  we had a issue after eating here, management Erica told me to come in she would take care of it she did just that, very professional and took care of problem that we had experienced the day before. Nellie our waiter was very attentive she took care of our every need checked on us often and made sure we were had everything we needed. kudos to Erica and Nellie we will continue to frequent Saltgrass Cedar hill.

  I visited this location for an early lunch with my friend. She and I truly enjoyed our outing. We both ordered the grilled chicken. She had a salad and vegetables, and I had salad and a baked sweet potato. The food presented well and the temperature was perfect. I did find the chicken to be dry, but it tasted great. Both of my sides were delicious, as was the bread - which I ate too much of. 🙂 Our server was very attentive and personable. The atmosphere was pleasant, as well, with minimal noise and plenty of parking. It was my first visit to this location. It was a great experience.

  Took about 30 mins for the waiter to come over and get our drink order. Then another 15 mins to get our actual order. He disappeared for majority of us being there. I had ordered a meal to-go as I ordered our food and that took 25 mins to get after I had already paid our tab. After coming back to my table from the bathroom, I seen my to-go order just sitting in the bag waiting to be brought to me. Once I got back to my table, our waiter FINALLY brought the to-go order to me. This was the worst experience.

  If you like Saltgrass like we do, do not,I repeat don’t go to the Cedarhill location. This is the third disappointing experience from them. I will be going to Arlington from here on out. We called to do a pick up order, but kept being put on hold. I don’t think they know how to transfer calls. This is something management needs to look into. I had to ask for a manager to even put our order in. We went to go pick up our food, it was cold and they didn’t give us dipping sauce for the range rattlers. The last time we went our server took over 45 minutes to even bring us our drinks, he was so busy trying to be cool and make friends with everybody. When we were ready for our bill that took another 30 minutes, smh. We send good money every time we go. Well over $150, service should be better. I hope this helps
