  SaltGrass got 3 out of 4 takeout via DoorDash orders during the months of November & Dec 2025. When I finally brought this to Manager “Damien’s” attention, he was very flippant and condescending and didn’t apologize until I brought it up. Horrible customer service.

  Stephanie was awesome. She was attentive and did all she could to ensure my food was to my satisfaction. The queso originally came out room temp, she took it back for them to correct. They warmed it up. She took it back again and had them remake it entirely. I ordered medium on the steak bites she ensured she put medium on the ticket and double checked it was listed medium on the order submitted. It came out well done. She sent a mgr over to help due to the inconvenience. Both Damien and Doug seemed reluctant to offer a solution. With Doug even showing me where the food had been removed from the ticket but the food was rang up twice originally, so it was never removed since I had one order to begin with. That ticked me off. I can do simple math and my party felt like that was a slap in the face. Overall Stephanie was the only reason I kept my composure. She was the shining light of the night, treating her customers how she would want to be treated which is the right thing to do. The mgrs could learn from her but I’ll let corporate relay that’s to them.

  We decided to have a last minute dinner here for my son’s (Cameron) 15th bday dinner. Elisha(sorry if i spelled it wrong) was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, recommended appetizers, and was very descriptive. As a previous server of 9 years i was very appreciative of his knowledge and willingness to share it with us. The food was pretty good, the bar drinks were amazing, and the cheesecake topped off the evening. I’d definitely recommend this location.

  Currently sitting in Saltgrass with my family and couldn't wait to post a positive review! This is the best experience I have ever had at Saltgrass and I've been a Landry's Select Club member for over three years. We ordered chicken fried chicken, full rack of barbecue ribs, loaded fries as an appetizer, Smokehouse mac & cheese, range rattlers, and loaded baked potato. EVERYTHING WAS SMACKIN!!!!!! Very good, fresh, seasoned, and tasty down to the soda and strawberry lemonade! Service was amazing! Our server's name was Preston, and he was super attentive and kind as well as observant! I saw multiple managers on the floor, and that was comforting to know that from the top down, things are being carried out professionally, accurately, and well. We will certainly be back in the near future!

  On 12/24 arrived early for our 7:30pm dinner Reservations, went to bar for drinks and Bar top was not clean. Took a while for bar tender to finally wait on me. When we finally got to our table, our waitress was friendly and courteous! We ordered appetisers and drinks. Our appetisers came before art drinks. Are the time our food got there? It took a while but it was very good. When it came time to pay, we were told that we could not use our gift cards because the gift card machine was out of service. We were lucky that we could pay with our credit card. We specifically went there to use our gift cards and disappointed that we were not able to use them. I hope they get this fixed soon.
