Three drivers appeared to have gone to the restaurant for our order. We received a message for the first one, then the second which stated our order was not ready and they released it. Then the third who said the store told them the pizza had already been picked up. In the meantime, we tried calling the store. The call was answered by the lady at the store and I was told to please hold. 15 minutes went by and she never came back so we called with another number and the call center answered. They sent us to the store. She picked up and told us to hold again. After another 10 minutes had passed, no answer from the 3rd driver, my husband drove to the store and witnessed firsthand the lady answer the call and put the caller on hold. She told him the order had already been picked up by someone (who? we have no idea). She asked if we wanted her to put another to bake and we asked to cancel the order. No apology or anything. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and going to Dominos or Pizza Patron or Costco.
