  Go back to the old recipe. This new stuff is nasty. The enchiladas, the rice, the beans, the chicken tortilla soup. It’s horrible! Give us back the original On The Border taste! The only thing yall did right was give us Coke products! Switch this expeditiously!

  To be completely honest the very worst experience in a restaurant my wife and I have ever had. On November the 8th 2025 we went to this location at 1230 in the afternoon. Sat at the bar. Our time here started great as asked us what we wanted to drink right away but after this it was down hill. It took 15 minutes to finally order our food as my wife had to asked twice can we please order & made the statement to the bartender you don't serve hot sauce and chips anymore...that took another 5 minutes. When we ordered our first drinks we ordered water and that came 30 minutes later after having to ask again. Then if you think it couldn't get any worse hang on. After we ordered our food two other customers say down at the bar after we finally ordered our food. After a good 30 minutes yes seriously 30 minutes both the other people that came in after us had now been eating over 10 minutes my wife asked the bartender about our food. I looked down at my watch and it now was 137pm over 1 hour since we sat down. 5 minutes later he brings our food out my wife and enchilada plate and mine shrimp tacos. Nothing special just two normal plates out of this restaurant. My wife's was seriously soggy looking and cold... And mine was so cold I couldn't even eat it. Now during this way over an hour that we had been sitting at the bar 2 customers from the restaurant at walked up to the bar one to get chips and hot sauce said they've been waiting 15 minutes and one to get a refill on a drink since she couldn't get one and get it to waiter or waitress to do it for her. Also in our time here 2 people from the patio came in one to return drinks as not what they ordered and a lady had to come in twice for refills and then the last time saying she and her husband had been waiting 15 for a check. I'm assumed as you can presume me and my wife will never go in this location again. You want to talk about a mess this was the worst experience I and my wife have ever had in a restaurant.

  I had an amazing dining experience today! There was no wait time, which was a huge plus, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. The new food items on the menu were great and the drinks were fantastic. The manager Anthony, came over to check on us. He was friendly and informative, sharing the details about the new food upgrades, which made the meal even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere!

  Today was my first time at OTB cedar hill and I must say, it’s come a long way. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the staff was more than accommodating. Special shoutout to Anthony, a new manager here at this location. He checked in on me and my family multiple times to ensure our satisfaction. Round of applause to everyone who catered to us this afternoon.

  I came here around 1:30 pm on a Friday and ordered the border bowl with skirt steak. I was very impressed! One of the best cooked skirt steaks I’ve had at a restaurant. Highly recommend this location. The service was also great!
