This new recipe change is not good at all. No more big corn tortillas chips..now small flour chips. Salsa is brown and hot in heat.. not good...portions are smaller but same price. Unless they change back...we will not return....dang..is to love the chips and salsa and queso...not any more...very disappointed.

Everytime I place a to go order it’s wrong or the customer service is horrible. This time I ordered salsa and got green hot sauce. Like come on! This is ridiculous! I hate I even ordered from here today. I just wanted red salsa.

On The Border messed up their empanadas! I have loved OTB's greasy, cheesy beef empanadas for many years, and now they are spicy and acidic. I hope they bring back the old style beef emanadas.

We had an amazing experience at OT! From the moment we sat down, our waiter Quetzali took exceptional care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and our drinks were never empty. Quetzali’s great attitude and outstanding service truly made the experience top-notch. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Quetzali again!

On the Border was sold 2 months ago. Now the Salsa is no longer the fresh Salsa OTB was known for, but a cooked salsa instead. They also changed the quesadillas and no longer use grilled chicken but instead a tasteless chicken cooked on a griddle! The arbitrary changes are a disappointment! This is not Pappasitos! Looks like if I want good TexMex, I’ll have to go elsewhere!
