  Good attentive Service 🙂 ... it was my first time visiting this Cedar Hill McDonalds on 1/07/2026 for a dine-in meal ... Friendly, Helpful, & Quick Service 🙂 Good Food, plus this location is newer & the staff there keeps it good & clean.

  Meal deals come clutch when you're trying to eat a little bit lighter or don't have a whole lot money to really get what you want !

  It's Saturday,12/20, 12:57am and I got the munchies while wrapping Christmas gifts for my family and I decided to run to the local McDonald's and take advantage of their new late night hours! Horrendous mistake! I drove through using the second lane and was bypassed by three cars that came after me, I should have left then, but my mom wanted a Big Mac. Finally my order is taken; but, I asked for fresh French fries (cooked to order) and was parked with only my drinks. At 1:08, the HF cashier comes to my window and asked me what I'd ordered. I tell her, she laughs as she apologizes and heads back inside. 1:15am, an older HF (Elsa) brings me a bag of lukewarm fries and the 2 burgers I ordered to the car. I am beyond frustrated and tell her the fries are supposed to have been cooked to order and the burgers don't feel hot. She asks for the bag back and heads in. 1.24 am, multiple cars/customers have come & gone, Elsa heads back out. She hands me the bag, fries are hot (not sure about the burgers -were they redone?) I ask if she is the manager and mention how disappointed & frustrated I am that I'd been waiting more than 25 minutes for my McDonald's "fast food" & she shrugs a little, says she is the manager, and half heartedly apologizes for the long delay as she "blames" the cashier for failing to tell her about my waiting order and my desire for hot, fresh fries. She then turns and leaves. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To make matters worse, when I got home I had someone else's burger.

  the wait time is ridiculous. I am always being parked. The drive thru line is blocks parking spaces so if someone want to get in or out they either have to wait until the line moves or the drive thru line has to reverse. the worst part is getting out, you either have to wait on people exiting the highway and getting a red light or go down to the homezone parking lot and wait on that light to make a left. everytime i go to this mcdonalds im annoyed and sometimes they get the food wrong.
