She entered my code, then told me to hold on and walked away. I heard arguing from her and 2 other workers while I was waiting at the window. After she eventually came back, she asked for my code again, then proceeded to tell me that the code didn’t work and that I needed to wait 14 minutes before I could use the code. I tried explaining to her that this was my first time using the code and that I understand how the McDonald’s rewards system works. She yelled and did not listen to what I was saying. She kept repeating “do you want me to take off the frappe or not?”, in a very rude and angry tone. She did not try to fix it or even understand the issue at all. However, I did speak to the manager and she was very nice and helpful! Overall, the manager is great, but Shalandrea’s customer service is TERRIBLE and I will not be back, because of her!
