  Stayed in drive through for 10 minutes no movement before eventually backing up to go inside. Rang up the wrong order took forever to make my order. Dude had an attitude. Looks like they have kids running the store.

  I went through the drive thru and asked for a banana split, and they said they have no bananas. Then I asked for a hot fudge sundae, and he said, "We're out of hot fudge and don't have any nuts." I asked him what do they have and he said, "Nothing popular." He provided no other alternatives, so we left. This is the second time we've come here, and both times have been disasters. The first time we walked in and waited to be served (there was no one else in the store except us and the two workers). We waited for over 10 minutes and we just left. We will never be back, and suggest that no one ever go there. Go to the YummiBerry at the Hillside Village Shopping Center. Great service and a healthier option. I used to love Baskin Robins until coming to this store. This store has literally turned me off to this franchise. And Dunkin donuts by proxy, lol...

  worst workers ever. coffee is absolutely disgusting. the wait time is insane even if there’s absolutely no other customer in there. the workers are very rude. the management is no help either.

  Well I should have read the reviews 1st. Simply put I was greeted no problem there. Second super cold stale donuts. 🤮 Lastly no freaking napkins or even toilet paper no where. 😡 Msg received Dunkin donut, I won't be back. First impression, great customer service, consistency, cleanliness, and a good product equals success. 👀

  I wanted to report an upsetting experience at this location. I called ahead to ask if they had the Wicked merch in stock, and the employee said yes and told us to come by. We drove there in under 15 minutes, but when we arrived, the same employee claimed they’d sold out 20 minutes earlier, which didn’t make sense. Then he started laughing loudly so other customers could hear, and when we asked about it, he said he “wasn’t laughing at us,” even though it was clear he was. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. I understand if items sell out, but being lied to and mocked is unacceptable. Please look into this so it doesn’t happen to other customers. Also they need to get it together on when they’re going to actually be selling merchandise. Some stores sell stuff early and when the actual release date comes out they don’t have anything left.
