When I called back to speak with a manager, Jasmine—who was timid, unprepared, and clearly unsure of how to handle the situation—told me I would only receive credit for one order, even though I placed and was charged for two. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was informed that the general manager, Kelly, might be in later that day or possibly on Friday (this was on a Tuesday). To say I am exhausted and deeply disappointed in the service, the communication, and the overall support I received would be an understatement.
