  Yall need to hire better employees i came here today 2/24 and all them lil girls in the front have a attitude and don't even greet you.. they just look at you like you're dumb

  Disgusting environment, horrible service, and roaches inside I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. Do not eat here if you value your health or your time. First, the service was incredibly slow and rude. The staff seemed completely disinterested in being there and acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. We waited far too long for our food, only to have it handed to us with no napkins or utensils without asking. When we finally got the food, it was a disaster. The cheesesteak was dry, gristly, and barely warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The fries were soggy and cold, and the wings were tiny and overcooked. Completely unappetizing and not worth the money. But the absolute worst part was the environment. The dining area was filthy; tables were sticky, floors were covered in trash, and there was a general greasy smell that lingered throughout the establishment. To top it all off, I actually saw roaches scurrying along the baseboards near the counter. It’s clear they have a pest problem and do not care about basic cleanliness. If they are that careless in the dining room, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.

  I have not had a buffalo chicken cheesesteak since I was in Germany and they had Charleys at the food court.....just as I remember. DELICIOUS!

  My husband and I walked in at 10:28 PM, and the employee said they were not taking walk-in orders, only DoorDash. This was confusing since the website shows closing time at 11:00 PM. She then claimed they were closed due to a winter storm coming on Saturday, even though today is Thursday and the store was clearly open for delivery orders. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

  It’s 10:10. The restaurant is open and even google maps says they close at 11 pm. We stood there for about at 3 mins and when We were ready to order when the employee was done looking at her phone said: “ we are close” Lazy employees! I your thing is not customer service! Look for something else
