We wait at the register for at least 15-30 minutes before the employees even bother to help us. They just stare at the register and us, ignoring us until someone from the front says something. It’s incredibly rude. I used to be able to get my food in at least 5-10 minutes, but now it’s always at least 30 minutes, regardless of how busy it is. The service is getting worse and worse, and it makes me not want to eat after waiting so long.
