- JWJenna WilsonAug 5, 20251.0I walked in with my family and asked to order a bacon egg and cheese on flatbread which is what I’ve ordered from subway for years. This idiot looked at me like I was absolutely insane, and asked me to repeat myself. Typically I would’ve asked why he’s looking at me like I’m a ghost, but instead I repeated it. He told me that they don’t serve that, and pointed to the menu with a smug look on his face as if I was the stupid one. I understand as a franchise menus can vary, that’s not the issue. But the total blatant disrespect from someone who’s apparently been working at that Subway for 10+ years according to him, was so unnecessary. I think if you’ve been working there for 10 years and feel the need to belittle someone based on them not being 100% familiar with your menu, it’s probably time to find a job that you might enjoy more. I will also add that my family is biracial and it’s just not a good look to your character when my family and I walked in 100% respectful and friendly that you treat us that way for no reason. Won’t be getting my family’s business.
