  Bilia Eatery in Castle Hills continues to live up to the hype! My recent visit absolutely confirmed it. The yucca fries were AMAZING perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Easily one of the best sides on the menu. I ordered the Havana Bowl with avocado and shredded chicken, and it was packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and satisfying without feeling heavy. We also tried the La Guerita Arepa, and let me just say… one is definitely MORE than enough! We actually ordered two because we weren’t sure if one would fill us up but they pack it with such a generous amount of filling that one would have done the job. It’s hearty, satisfying, and full of flavor. And don’t forget to try their house-made guava limeade !! it’s the perfect refreshing finish! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing lunch or meeting up with friends. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

  What a delicious Cuban sandwich! The bread is perfect and the sandwich is outstanding. I ordered online and walked in at the pickup time and my order was ready to go. It is one of the best Cuban sandwiches in Castle Hills/San Antonio!

  We have been craving a cuban sandwich since our trip to Miami and found Bilia. So glad we did because it was great. The staff is very friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. The dining area and bathrooms are clean. My daughter and I had the Cuban sandwich and my wife had a Bilia salad with grilled chicken all was amazing. The homemade pickles and bread the fresh greens and tender chicken, we will be going back and trying their other dishes. It can get busy but there is always carry out if you don’t want to dine in.
