  I never had a bad experience here until when we ordered yesterday around 8:30p.m. I ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and a coney. The burger was so cold, the patty tasted like it was cooked from the afternoon and just staged on the side and the cheese and bun was soggy..... disgusting....and I also wanted a meal with that but they almost forgot my drink but they didn't even bring out my tater tots. The chicken sandwich was cooked fresh though but they forgot to add pickles and cheese. Had to call and ask for a manager and was told there was only the manager (in the kitchen) and one other worker working the front.... When my boyfriend went back to get our food remade the next day, the lady that spoke with him was really rude that she called over the manger and said "come over here, I can't hear a word he's saying" she didn't have to be rude just say I can't understand you I'm gonna grab someone else for you instead of rudely walking away. The worker that helped us out (Cherish), was kind enough to hear us out and was the only good thing about solving the food situation.

  I refuse to eat Sonic anymore. Every time I go it makes me physically ill.

  This place is way too expensive for a fast food restaurant. I paid $32 dollars for 2 medium burger meals, and the container for the fries looks like a small kids size container. I get a better after hours deal at whataburger. I won't go here again.

  April 8, 2026, at 10:30am. Went to drive thru and ordered a kid's meal with a coke. Left with the order and opened the lid of the coke to get some ice and saw this!!! I don't even know what it is. Looks like a big piece of the fountain drink machine fell off and went right into the cup. How do they not see this??? Went back to show them. The manager Tanezia said to the employee Amanda "Look what you did..." Then she tells the employee "I'm not apologizing to her because I didn't do it..." She was referring me. Then she says "We would have been looking for this all day..." She was speaking to her employee very ugly and disrespectful. She was laughing. I didn't even get an apology at all. Later in the evening, I called the district manager named Laura and left a voicemail but no call back yet. This could not have been handled worse. What would have happened if something filthy like bacteria or worse was on this object and I took a sip?

  Overall alright was a bit of a wait but it wasnt anything to fuss over it was when the lady making the frozen drinks added whipped cream to the top which for the last several times I requested they not do,its even on the ticket to not add whip cream but is what it is I guess
